FAQ’s:

Is the theme you are providing fully licensed?
Yes, your theme will be a fully licensed Divi/Elegant themes product under our account. These themes cost $89/yr. If you get it directly from Elegant Themes and install it yourself. We are able to offer this because of the special license we have purchased.
What if I want to change to a different Divi theme later?
You would need to get the theme from Elegant Themes directly or contact us about providing this for you. There would be an additional charge for this with either option.
Am I able to use the photos pre-installed on the site?
No, you will need to change these photos out to your own photos or acquire other stock photos to use in their place.
What if I need help after the theme is installed?
We suggest you watch the videos that we provide which show you how easy it is to customize the appearance of your new site. We also recommend that you become a member of the WP Fast Launch group where you can ask questions and get assistance. If you would like us to customize the appearance for you, there is an additional charge.
What if I already have an existing blog, but I want to get one of your themes installed?

Yes, we can do this for you, but since there is a lot more work converting an existing blog, we have to charge a fee depending on the complexity of the work. Please email us at reese@itsalovelylife.com so we can discuss your options.

Can you transfer over my site from Wix, WordPress.com, Squarespace, or Weebly?
Yes, this is possible. First, you will need to contact us at reese@itsalovelylife.com so we can provide you with a price to move your existing content. This is a manual process in most cases. Then, after you agree to the fee, you will need to establish a new Bluehost account through our link. Then, we can work on getting your site switched over. Note: If you are keeping your existing domain, you will need to coordinate the DNS records change and/or transferring your domain to Bluehost. If you are getting a new domain name, this step is not necessary.
